I completed my Teacher Training in 2023 with Yoga Sports World, hosted by Bikram Yoga Fitzroy.
I’ve been practising Bikram Yoga since 2015, and it has completely changed my life. It’s taught me discipline, patience, compassion and the power of acceptance, and ultimately gave me the opportunity to teach this practice.
Bikram Yoga has strengthened my health, improved my longevity, and brought balance to my body, mind and spirit.

Kash is the Teaching Director at Hot Yoga Gladesville, with nearly two decades of practice and over 15 years of teaching experience. A former national champion, she is deeply committed to preserving the integrity of the Bikram method while fostering a supportive, inclusive community.

Margaret discovered Bikram Yoga in 2009 and never looked back. What began as a goal for physical change became a journey of compassion and humility. Certified in 2014, she brings strong, uplifting energy and thoughtful guidance to every class.

Joy Amano has been teaching Bikram Yoga since completing his training in 2011. he discovered the practice as a teenager during a time of poor health, and it quickly became life-changing. Bikram Yoga continues to guide him with clarity, purpose, and deep gratitude.

Emilie became a Bikram Yoga teacher in 2019. She loves the consistency of the sequence and the challenge of meeting herself differently each day. Her teaching focuses on calm under pressure and strength that carries into everyday life.

Mitchell became a certified Bikram Yoga teacher in Thailand in 2025 after 22 years of dedicated practice. He views each class like a symphony—structured, powerful, and deeply renewing for both body and mind.

Christine discovered Bikram Yoga nearly a decade ago and was immediately drawn to its ability to quiet the mind and strengthen the body. Inspired by her own transformation, she completed her teacher training in 2025 to give back to the community that shaped her.

Ness discovered Bikram Yoga over a decade ago and was drawn to the way the practice strengthens the body while calming and focusing the mind. After eleven years of dedicated practice, she completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2024. Inspired by the resilience, discipline, and emotional balance the practice gave her, Ness now teaches to give back and create a supportive space where students can challenge themselves, build confidence, and grow both on and off the mat.
